These Terms and Conditions constitute an Agreement (hereinafter called "Agreement") between Newsfeed Unlimited and you as the user ("USER").

You (the user) agree to the following:

1. That you (the user) are authorized by your company or organization to submit the Release to Newsfeed Unlimited for distribution.

2. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy and substance of the content submitted to Newsfeed Unlimited for distribution. Because of the volume of information submitted to Newsfeed Unlimited, we cannot verify any facts or information in press releases or the sites they are linked to.

3. The content that you submit to us is factually and legally accurate. The content that you submit to us does not violate any state, federal, copyright law, common law and/or other proprietary rights of any third party.

4. The content submitted by the user and links contained within do not contain any information that is defamatory, obscene, libelous, slanderous, fraudulent / misleading, or defamatory.

5. Newsfeed Unlimited reserves the right to reject, edit or remove any content or press release when necessary in its judgment. Newsfeed Unlimited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any press release or content from its web site or deny approval to any press release or content.

6. You shall indemnify and hold harmless Newsfeed Unlimited from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees should any disputes be handled legally.

7. Newsfeed Unlimited does not warrant or ensure that Newsfeed Unlimited’services will be free from errors, including omissions, interruptions, delays, losses or defects, whether human or mechanical. Newsfeed Unlimited makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to its services. Newsfeed Unlimited does not warrant specific placement or distribution of any news release.

8. We reserve the right to publish positive feedback or comments received from our users at our website.

9. By submitting press releases for distribution, the user guarantees that accurate contact information has been provided, to include legal name of the user or company representative.

10. We reserve the right to ban / blacklist any user for violations of the terms of this agreement. We reserve the right to utilize IP address blocking or blacklisting as well as blocking future press releases from the users for any violations of the terms of use, which may be enacted at our sole judgment.

11. By your submission of content or other information to Newsfeed Unlimited, the user agrees to be bound by the foregoing Terms and Conditions. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of California.

12. To report inappropriate use or copyright violations by the users of Newsfeed Unlimited, you may e-mail us regarding the content in question. Be sure to include a link to the press release that you are reporting or disputing. Newsfeed Unlimited will investigate alleged violations and take appropriate action at its discretion.
